The Black Diamond Spot powers through the darkness with up to 75 lumens of light. Red night vision mode activates without cycling through the white mode to preserve your night vision.
A lock mode prevents accidental battery drain in your pack or while stored, and a 3-level power meter keeps you informed of battery life. LED lights includes; 1 DoublePower LED, 2 SinglePower white LEDs, and 2 SinglePower red LEDs. Modes include; maximum, minimum, strobe, red night vision and lockout.
Tiltable head puts the light where you need it. Removable headband adds versatility for removing or replacing the headband. Like all BD headlamps, the Spot is fully stormproof.

*Waterproof to IPX 4 standards. This lamp has been tested to the IPX-4 waterproof standard. It will continue to function when subjected to water spray at any angle. This does not include salt spray or high-alkalinity fluids. It is normal for water to enter the lamp and battery housings. Battery life will be diminished, however, the lamp will function. If properly dried, this wetness will not affect the lamp. DO NOT STORE YOUR LAMP WET: remove battery cover, batteries, focus ring and reflector; and allow the housings to air dry thoroughly.
