Upgraded with IQ technology, the Black Diamond Zenix IQ is more versatile and efficient than ever. Its 1-Watt HyperBright focused LED provides great illumination out to 35 meters, and the two SuperBright LEDs are brighter than the competitions five LEDs. An excellent, lightweight choice when you need a powerful beam and longer burn times for endurance events, mountain biking or climbing.
The intelligence-integrated circuitry includes; constant illumination, "money saving" fuel gauge that lets you know how much battery life remains, "Find Me" light that helps in locating the headlamp, a Mode Memory that remembers your settings.
The Zenix IQ is very light and comfortable on your head. Stability and balance are excellent. A switch on the underside of the light unit toggles between Hyperbright Max-Mid-Min, Off and SuperBright Max-Mid-Min.
The HyperBright focused LED is incredibly energy efficient and provides five times more light than traditional LEDs, rivaling the light of lower-wattage xenon bulbs.
Two SuperBright LEDs are whiter and brighter than standard LEDs and provide great proximity lighting. And unlike halogen and xenon bulbs, LEDs never need to be replaced.

*Waterproof to IPX 4 standards. This lamp has been tested to the IPX-4 waterproof standard. It will continue to function when subjected to water spray at any angle. This does not include salt spray or high-alkalinity fluids. It is normal for water to enter the lamp and battery housings. Battery life will be diminished, however, the lamp will function. If properly dried, this wetness will not affect the lamp. DO NOT STORE YOUR LAMP WET: remove battery cover, batteries, focus ring and reflector; and allow the housings to air dry thoroughly.
