The Camelbak Octane 8+ Hydration Pack's innovative, versatile and lightweight design meets the needs of adventure racers, trail runners, mountain bikers and hikers.
Center zip expansion for additional storage capacity changes the volume from 525 to 781 cubic inches (8.6 to 12.8 liters). This allows you to have small pack when you need it and a larger pack with you need more space. With the expansion system unzipped, you have access to a large stuff-it pocket and daisy chain. Two quick attachment points enable you to strap a mountaineering axe or trekking poles to the rear of the pack. A small zippered pocket on rear of the pack is ideal for MP3 players or sunglasses.
Zippered waistbelt pockets provide access to essentials on the move. Waistbelt is designed for maximum load stability. The sternum strap is adjustable up or down 3 inches to where it is most comfortable for you. Air Director™ back panel with Air Mesh delivers enhanced ventilation across your back.
Insulated reservoir pocket keeps liquid cool for hours. Separate zippered reservoir access makes it fast and easy to fill your hydration reservoir.
