The Elite Fluid Primo ElastoGel Trainer replicates the feeling of road riding for a great indoor workout. Get in better shape or stay in shape when you can't get outside.
The fluid-filled spinning mechanism creates progressive resistance that increases the harder your pedal. It's also exceptionally quiet. ElastoGel, a technopolymer applied to the roller of the trainer resistance unit offers the following advantages:

• Improves the tire grip to the resistance roller

Frame design simulates real road pedal/body motion. Wide steel frame with rubber feet is stable even under hard use. Self-adjusting frame is suitable for wheels ranging from 18 to 28 inches. Self-adjusting tire-to-roller pressure.
