If you purchase a product from ARGear.com we may supply FedEx with your shipping information and email address. The email address is only given so that our customers may receive timely shipping and tracking information.

If you supply us with your E-mail or postal address, you may receive periodic mailing from ARGear.com with information on new products and services. If you do not wish to receive such mailing, please let us know by sending an E-mail.

Return Policy

Footwear Purchase and Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction and comfort, do the following:
Be sure of the fit. Test your purchase indoors and walk on a clean carpeted surface. Let your feet adjust to the footwear. If they don't feel right, send them back to us within 60 days for replacement, exchange or refund. Soiled footwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufactures defect.

Material and Workmanship Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience a problem, we will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to the manufacturers warranty policy and decision. *Normal wear and abuse are excluded.

Possible Shipping Charges on Returned Items
The only way we can afford to offer free shipping is on orders totaling $99 or more. If an item is returned that brings the order total to less than $99, and the order received free shipping, ARGear.com reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from the refund.

Possible Restocking Fees or Refusal on Returned Items
If items are returned that: don't include all tags and/or boxes; the tags and/or boxes are significantly damaged; ARGear.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% or more. Used items will not be accepted for a return, unless there is a manufactures defect. Determination of a manufactures defect will be by the manufacture, and/or ARGear.com.

Returns & Exchanges

2. Pack all the items in to a secure box with all tags, boxes, packaging, etc. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

When your items are received for a return, we will credit your card within 10 business days. The refund will appear on your credit card statement.

*For an Exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item that you would like. Placing a new order will ensure availability and will get you the new item considerably quicker.

Shipping Charges & Policies

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, it will most likely ship the same business day.

How much does shipping cost?

*Free Shipping is offered on orders over $99 that are shipping within the lower 48 States (make sure to select 'Free Shipping' in the shopping cart). Certain items do not qualify for free shipping, such as kayaks, bikes, bike boxes, etc. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. If an item is returned that brings the total sale to less than $99, ARGear.com reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from the refund. If your order total is less than $99, you will pay for shipping via FedEx Ground.

To Calculate the Shipping Cost for an Order

Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, enter the 'State/Province', 'Zip/Postal Code' and 'Country' of your shipping address. Then scroll down to #3 and click on the 'show me shipping choices' button. Our cost calculator will display the cost for each of the shipping options available. Remember, if your order is over $99, Economy shipping is free. (For international orders, see International Shipping.)

International Orders

International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees and customs fees. These fees are entirely the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon the receipt of the shipment.

Please be aware that the customer is liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to unexpected customs fees or refusal of package.

By placing an order with ARGear.com the customer agrees and gives rights to ARGear.com to charge duties, taxes, broker fees and customs fees to the customer's credit card if the customer does not pay these fees at time of receipt of package.
