The highly breathable MacPac AR Gaiters (also known as Adventure Sport Puttee in New Zealand) keep rocks, dirt, mud, snow, etc. out of your shoes. And by not having to stop and pick the "trail mix" out of your shoes it makes you all the more comfortable and fast.
A Hypalon loop attaches to your shoe lace up front and an elasticated hem around your shoe keeps everything nice and tight. Cord and barrel-lock closure above the ankle has a large amount of adjustability to fit just about anyone. Two eyelets are provided to tie an understrap onto the gaiter.
Made out of Powernet, which is a durable nylon/elastane warp knit mesh. This fabric has a 4 way stretch and offers lightweight versatility.
Ideal for adventure racing, trail running, trekking, snowshoeing, hiking.
*Understrap is not included.
MacPac does not include an understrap with their AR Gaiters. We has found that nylon cord works well for many areas, but for rocky terrain wire is more durable.
