Getting down-right minimal, the Marmot Zephyr is a no-nonesense ultra-light pack for day-hikes, adventure races and more. This pack is impressive!
AirFlow™ frame has large open side panels that allow air to flow between your back and the pack, eliminating the dreaded sweaty back. Waist belt pockets provide quick acces to small items. Side mesh pockets and shovit pocket give you more storage with fast access. Large zippered pocket on the back is great for extra clothes or food. Quick release compression straps keep the pack tight and undo easily when you need to access the main compartments.
Top zippered pocket is padded/insulated and fleece lined. Top pocket works well for electronics and sunglasses. Hydration pocket and port make hydrating simple. Made from durable 70d nylon twin taffeta RS and 210d mylon mini ripstop.
Frame Hub: Technology transfered from Marmot tents to packs. The hub allows the aluminum frame system to flex while maintaining the stiffness needed to create the AirFlow™ channel.
Split Belt Construction: The top of the waist belt is constructed behind both the aluminum frame and the HDPE frame sheet. When the belt is buckled and synched, the top of the belt pulls the frame system towards your back to create a snug fit for added comfort and control.
Padding: Strategically placed padding and 3D mesh gives exceptional comfort.
