The ultra-versatile Salomon XA Sky 30+10 backpack works for everything from expedition adventure races to light and fast runs.
CustomSystem attachment points on the shoulder straps allow quick customization of the backpack to fit your specific needs, with Custom Front Pocket, Bottle Holders, Flask Holders, or Zipped Pocket (sold separately).
Two mesh side pockets and one rear pockets around the body of the pack provide quick access to gear. The rear pocket doubles as a helmet carrier and has reflective strips. Compression x-cord system enables you to adjust the volume to perfectly fit the contents of your pack.
The reservoir sleeve is completely separated from the main compartment so that you can quickly change a reservoir without messing with your gear. Two Velcro straps secure a reservoir at the top.
The main compartment has a half-zipper down the side so that you can access your gear easier. Water drainage ports evacuate any water that may get inside. On the lid of the pack are two zippered pockets to further organize your gear, one pocket is on the outside and the other pocket is under the lid.
Airvent Agility+ system increases comfort, while not weighing you down. Remove the foam back-board go even lighter, or to sleep on it. The pack remains comfortable even without the removable foam thanks to a thin composite back-board and the Airvent backpanel pads that protect your back and allow crucial ventilation.
S-shaped shoulder straps are lightly padded and have adjustable load lifter straps. Safety whistle is incorporated in to the left shoulder strap. Sternum strap moves up or down 3.5 inches to where it is most comfortable.
The ergonomic waistbelt is more stable due to two adjustable webbing straps on each side that wrap around your waist, and pull from the top and bottom. Two large zippered pockets are built into the waistbelt. The right waistbet pocket has both a mesh open pocket, and a zippered pocket.
Two sets of quick-release cords on the rear allow attachment of trekking poles or ice axes. A small daisy chain on the rear adjustment strap and a tow loop adds versatility.
